On the run up to World Environment Day, the Bahu Trust is promoting the awareness of plastic waste generated during Ramadan by hosting a #PlasticFreeIftar on 5th June.

As the global community marks World Environment Day, the Bahu Trust hopes to educate people of the impact that plastic use is having on the planet.

This free event welcomes all people from different walks of life to learn how to better sustain our planet and reduce both our individual and communal carbon footprint.

The #PlasticFreeIftar will be hosted at Birmingham’s Sultan Bahu Mosque in Balsall Heath, and will begin at 8.50pm on June 5th 2018.
